The 精东视频 has elected two internationally recognised leaders in science as Corresponding Members.
Professor Bruce Stillman, President of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, USA, and Professor Brian Lawn of National Institute of Standards and Technology, USA, have been elected for their attainments and outstanding contributions to science. Both were born and educated in Australia.

鈥淭his honour is a fitting recognition of their outstanding contributions to science internationally, and of their strong ties with Australia.鈥
The two new Corresponding Members join just 25 other living recipients of this high honour, including Professor Elizabeth Blackburn, Sir David Attenborough, Professor Lord Bob May of Oxford, and Professor Terence Tao.

Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, USA
Internationally recognised as a leader in the fields of DNA replication and chromatin inheritance. His discoveries have led to a deep understanding of how chromosome duplication is regulated. He advises a number of Australian universities and research institutes and has an ongoing collaboration with a Sydney-based biotechnology company.
Professor Brian Lawn
National Institute of Standards and Technology, USA
The world鈥檚 leading researcher on brittle fracture and a pioneer in ceramic science, with a broad reach into biological materials. He collaborates extensively with researchers at University of Western Australia and Curtin University.
